We want you to feel confident shopping with New Aura. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
You have 120 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
If the product doesn’t work for you, we’ll honor your return request — even if the product has been opened or used.
To start a return, please contact us by email within the 120-day window and include your order number or proof of purchase. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned, but please wait for instructions from our support team.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We’ll pay for the return shipping.

All other returns (e.g., not satisfied): You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
As a rough estimate:

Returns from the U.S. typically range between $4–$9 USD

Returns from outside the U.S. may be higher depending on your local carrier
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us right away at support@trynewaura.com and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The product must still meet the conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return (if required) is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@trynewaura.com.
Subscription Orders
For customers enrolled in a New Aura Subscription Plan, please note the following:

We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged and shipped for the upcoming cycle.
